Smalls returned late this season. He’s been serenading me with cat meows at my back door at night. And last night he greeted me at my front door with an enthusiastic “MEOW!” after I returned home from the state fair. He listened to my fun day and sat on my lap while he purred. I wish Smalls could be my cat.
